We look after your investment at Thailand

We market and rent the property on your behalf. In addition to this our services include, but aren’t necessarily limited to, managing the general care of the property based on regular inspections, regular gardening services, pool maintenance services, security and cleaning services for the property, the supervision of general maintenance requirements and periodic reporting to the owner. We establish and maintain an appropriate system of records and accounts and preparing periodic financial reports. We also collect all income or receipts of any kind in respect of the property and arranging payment of all outgoings on the property.

  • 1 European manager who takes care of the monitoring and the maintenance of your villa.
  • 1 concierge who deals with the relationship and requests from customers.
  • Entry and exit household
  • Cleaning every 4 days with change of sheets and towels (variable according to the request of customers or owners)
  • Laundry Service.
  • For unoccupied houses, we come once a week to ventilate and check if there is any problem in the villa.
  • We collect meters for water and electricity that we charge to customers at the end of each stay
  • In case of technical problems we work with a maintenance team, competent in all areas. If a repair is necessary we will contact you to validate this intervention.

COMMUNICATION

  • Realization of a professional photographic report (staging of a breakfast and a dinner) Indeed 70% of the time spent during a real estate search is dedicated to the study of photos, 1 picture is better than 1000 words.
  • A professional will also make a video by drone for an outdoor and indoor aerial visit, which we will put online on our various communication media and our social networks
  • This original approach will attract attention and increase the visibility of your property, to optimize the number of reservations.
  • Creation of your ad and diffusion through all our digital communication means (airbnb, booking.com, facebook, website)
  • Sponsored ads on our social networks and search engines for optimal visibility of your villa.
